During this past week, it has been slower than normal for sales. Usually a week before a major holiday, we’ll see sales slower then, but not this early. What are you doing since sales are slow, and not processing alot of orders? Have you cleaned up your website, and checked to make sure the SEO is completed on the site? SEO really makes a huge difference on the site if its completed or not.

Re-check your main key words to see if any of them needs to be changed, or added. Make sure each category, sub category, and product page is completed. Just like ordering cheap business checks. If its not signed, the check wont be any good. Same principal with the SEO. 100% optimized webpage will be seen more by the search engines. SEO and doing blogs really does help your site. Its not easy having an online store, but it does take alot of time, just like having a regular brick & mortar store. Gota keep it clean.

Buy a Gift Certificate for your Dad

Happy Fathers Day to every Dad out there. I was asked a good question by a customer. The question was, can I buy a gift Certificate for dad to order business checks for his company? Yes you can do that. You can buy a gift certificate and have it emailed to you, or mailed. Then give him the gift in a larger box. This will come in handy if Dad is opening up a new business.

He will be able to use it for Quickbooks Business Checks. Theirs so many colors/styles you can select from. Theirs a style for each of the three different security types that is on the market. Make sure dad knows that he orders the right check type. Quickbooks business checks uses the checks on top, and peachtree uses the checks in the middle. If you order the wrong type, you’ll be able to call or let the company know that you need to change the type.

Peachtree is harder to learn, but better for accounting

When getting a business started. We need to know what accounting to use. The two that is most popular is Peachtree Accounting, or Quickbooks. They are both a very great program to use. Peachtree can be harder to learn, but it really offers deep inside onto your business. It does have a cleaner looking home page that shows a graph of everything you need to pay, or others that need to pay you as well.

Peachtree has FIFO and LIFO in the program where quickbooks does not. Quickbooks is the most commonly used program on the market and does outsell peachtree. If your a business that buys in different bulk and re-sale at different prices. I would recommend peachtree accounting overall. Peachtree gives you the accurate amount that you made for the year, vs quickbooks that only does average. You want to know the honest truth on what you have done for sales and profit. Then i would go with Peachtree. If you sell things at the same price, and what you buy. then quickbooks will do just fine. Dont forget to order your Quickbooks business checks from someone else as it will be more expensive from the bank.

Its important to keep your business organized, but keeping the accounting organized and accurate is more important. Use different colors or styles for the quickbooks business checks. That way you know what checking account is assigned to the checks for billing or anything else you may need. Dont forget to use your business logo onto the checks to promote your business brand.

Color logo does cost more, but makes the document more professional looking. Quickbooks business checks are still outselling the peachtree business checks. About 83% of business checks is the checks on top. You can have one or two signatures lines if needed and order higher security checks for more protection. Some companies use different banks as well, and having different color for that can prevent from making an accounting mistake.

With the check fraud on the increase, its important you have enough security features on the business check you write to others. If your using the checks to pay vendors mainly, then the basic security features are just fine. Over 60% of payment fraud victims report their greatest losses from fraud. Their are three different security features you can use for the business checks. Its available for quickbooks checks, and peachtree business checks.

Security Features helps prevents checks from being reproduced by scanners or copiers, and will alert the account holder to tampering. We all work hard for our money, so when sending payments, why not add a little extra protection with the best. Its recommend to use higher security checks when using checks for every transaction your paying on, and to customers.

I was looking to see where i can find a huge variety of business checks and i found one place. They offer 3 different security styles, but so many colors/options per security style they offer. Not to include the one write business checks. I usually find a few colors or a few options. I came upon this by looking through the business checks companies that are out there.

One thing i was very impressed with was how quickly that i was able to get in contact with a representative that could show me the differences. The order process was very easy and not hard like other companies are. The order was shipped the next business day. I was expecting it to take longer, but the i received a notification of it being shipped. It was odd to find a small company that offers so much in service and variety with low prices. Never thought I could find over 50 different variety of checks.

Backup checking account does pay off for business

Its always good to have a back up plan in case something happens. Recently I was contacted by my bank that I had a fraud transaction that had taken place with my business debit card. I called Authorize.net and had them to change my merchant processor. That way any other credit card transactions that took place, would go to the other checking account.

I thought about closing the other account out, but it was a great idea that I’ve always have had in place. It could of taken a few days if i called to have the account number changed, so it was just easier to call authorize.net and be done with it, then change back when your done with the fraud. Fraud can happen to anyone that has a personal or business checking account. Just keep track of your quickbooks business checks that has cleared your bank and check on line for any transactions that has taken place that you don’t recognize and report it to your bank.

Make sure your business information is always updated

Making sure your business information for your customers is always up to date. Failure to do so can result in customer complaints, customer service problems, and potential of losing customers. Information online for a product, or services you offer is taken seriously, and can be used for legal stuff. There was an instance i ran into with a bank.

I was told the onsite check deposit cut off time was 8pm. I had placed the deposit around 7:30pm.  Come to find out, the same day deposit is 7pm and the onsite check deposit wouldn’t be processed till next day. Well come to find out, they are changing the cut off time next month till 9PM for same day deposit. Wow…that was alot to go though and could of caused me problems with the checking account, but it didnt. When your deposing business checks, or personal checks, its always important to make sure everything is correct and the deposit reconciles with your accounting program. Keeping information updated is very urgent for any business.

Gas prices are going up and I go to the bank almost daily for my boss. What can i do to save time, gas, money and be more efficient? I deposit at least 20 checks a day along with other banking stuff. Since gas prices are going up, the best way to be more economical is to have OnSite Deposit. Having it at your office makes things easier.

The Onsite deposit will allow you to deposit as many checks as you need to your bank and have a latter cut off time as well. You’ll be able to save time, gas and be more organized with how your business runs. Check with your bank to see if they can offer that service to you. You’ll pay a small monthly fee, but the fee will be change in the bucket vs going to and from the bank so many times a week. The onsite deposit can accept personal checks, and quickbooks business checks for deposits.

Keeping your profits in your account

New credit/debit card laws are coming into affect in a few months. So much to read and go through to understand what the banks are wanting to do. This will hurt the merchants more than anything, but yes will also affect the cardholders as well. As we know what happens, we’ll pass it along to you as well. Fees are going to be increasing on so many levels.

One way to keep the Online Merchant Fees down and help the customers is to do this. See if your bank offers the onsite deposit. Accept checks from your customers, and offer them a coupon to use on your site for a few bucks off. Per say…if you have 25 customers that you processed the transactions for on line….it could cost you over $100 in fees. Accept checks from your customers, and use the onsite deposit, and save over $50 for the month. Yes you’ll have a fee for the onsite deposit, but the math will explain the rest on your savings, and keep more of your profits. Its a lower chance of having a bounced check from someone issuing you a business checks, vs a personal check. Just make sure check policy is displayed for everyone, and is enforced.

Get a rate review for your merchant account

If you have had your merchant account for more than 6 months. It may be time for a rate review. Call customer service and see if they will give you a review. Having one, can reduce your percentage of being paid, and save you money in the long run. See if any of the fees can be reduced as well. You pay someone else for service, and its good to get assistance from them.

Cheap business checks can be ordered, and you’ll be able to print the checks for your self. Thats a good way of saving money, and keeping costs down for your business. The more you can do to keep cost down, the more revenue you’ll have for the business. Small things monthly can really add up for the entire year. We all have to save our own personal, money, so it should be the same way with your business.

Reaching out to your customers is always a great thing to do. When you walk into a store, you always get acknowledgment from an employee. So why not have the same thing on your website with live chat. Let your customers know that your there for help/support. Customer service helps your sales and keeps fraud down.

If your ordering something online, that has alot of options. Live chat can come in handy if your not sure. Ordering business checks can be complicated for those that isn’t computer savvy. Quickbooks business checks are available in alot of different styles, options, and sometimes alot of questions can be asked.

When others look at your company and is interested, they want to know what you had done to get where your at now. One good idea is to keep a journal of how your company has grown. If you keep a chart along with the journal, you can see how much you have grown with the new customers. One thing customers love is the variety of products, but mainly the new products especially.

My company started with an idea and i had a few products on the site. I had at one point less than 100 products. Then grew to about 250. Now I have over 1000 different products. Five years later. I have over 1250 products and still growing. Ooops…forgot to mention that i have another website with a blog site for each. WoW…. Just an idea turned into a very successful company. Never thought you could find a huge variety of quickbooks business checks.
