Is it easy to re order business checks?

Is it easy to re order business checks? Yes it is easy to re order business checks. Just go back to the company you had placed the order with and fill in the information they request. Mostly they will ask for the previous order number, check color you want ( if you changed your mind), if you want the logo to be imprinted onto the order again and etc….

Re-ordering from the same company will save you time, and that can save you money. Most companies that you re-order from has your information already on file. So if you approve the proof, then you’ll get the order printed more than likely same business day and shipped. I’ve seen other companies that can take up to a week before any size order is actually printed.

When deciding on how many  Business Checks to purchase there are a few options to choose from. There is checks on the top and then there is checks in the middle and then a full page of checks.

While making that decision try to choose the amount that will best suit your business and record system. If you write a lot of checks then you should choose the full page of checks. But if you write checks but not many then you should choose either checks on top or middle, which ever you believe would best suit your business.

Sales slow? Use discounts. Everyone right now is feeling the pinch across the board. Ga unemployment just hit a new high. It has hit 10.5%. The economy is affecting everyone and not much we can do to help to get an increase in sales. Well…why not try to offer your customers discounts on certain items.

Offering discounts does help. When your prices are already low and very competitive against others, if you offer the discounts on certain price levels, or a combined purchased items, it will help you to make the sale, and the customer will buy it. You can try to offer the discounts for the week, day, or month. Offer discounts if they are buying a combination of business checks, envelopes and deposit tickets.

Dont wait till the last moment to order your business checks. It can cause alot of problems. What if the company couldn’t overnight them when the order came in that day? You’ll need to make sure you have time for the order to be processed. You’ll have to place the order. Fax a copy of your voided check. Wait on the proof, then approve the proof. Then the company has to print and ship your order.

Ordering cheap business checks is easy to do, but alot of work is involved to put it together. Its always a good idea not to wait for the last moment, but give your self time. If you rush to the end, you could have delayed payroll, bills being paid, and so much more.

What do you do when your business is slow and you have free time? As a good recommendations theirs alot of things you can do. Keeping your business clean helps to keep everything organized and customer friendly looking. If your working in the warehouse, clean up the floor and any excess papers that isnt needed.  Process inventory and make sure the records are correct. Replacing light bulbs with energy efficient bulbs. Wipe down and get as much dust off of the computers/printers.

If your in the accounting office, see if you have enough Peachtree checks and envelopes. Reconcile your accounts and get everything updated. Paybills so you’ll have less to worry about. If its too slow for the business, and some of your employees have vacation time, allow them to use it if needed. Designing your business checks

Its really easy to design your own business check. You can use your logo to the left of your business address, or have it part of the address. Then you can lighten it, so it will create a watermark on to the check, and the stubs. Having the color logo really enhances the look of your business check, and adds professionalism into it.

Order Business checks can be customized to have no lines, or lines onto the check. Another option is whether it has one or two signature lines. Dont forget you can select from 16 styles/colors to enhance your business checks. You can even have a custom quote, or “VOID AFTER 90 DAYS” imprinted onto the check. One very important thing is this. Check with your bank and see if the endorsing on the back needs to be your name, or the company name. If you do it wrong, it can cause a lot of problems, or the bank could reject it.

Adding more security to protect your investment is always an good idea. What if you didn’t have insurance? What if you didn’t have a security system installed? OOOpppss….that’s a bad idea. If you have a security system installed, it will help to prevent someone from stealing your stuff. Having insurance is always another good option, in-case of a fire, or weather related incident.

Having security is on your business checks is also important that accounts sometimes don’t think about. Some of the basic business checks security features are:

  • Padlock Icon

Business Security During Shipping

When you order something from an online company, you expect to receive it asap, and for it to be intact in the box and not be damaged by anything. I cant say that it don’t happen, but i do know that it does happen. I had an incident that a shipping company picked up a box of imprinted business checks, and shipped it to CA from GA. When the customer received the 1,000 checks, it wasn’t what she expected.

The box was torn, first check was stepped on with footprints and torn. Checks was in different batches and not in sequential order like it was originally shipped. Then the customer received another package next day with a few extra checks inside of the envelope, that was missing from the box. That is a security breach. Employees can breach security protocol, but what about shipping important documents?? When you ship business information, you expect that the shipping company protects and gets your product to the right destination with out damage.
