Using credit cards, net 30, or having a credit limit is all great for a business. But just like your credit report to keep it up. Have your debit to income ratio at a certain level. The lower you keep your company debit, the better it is for you in case you need to obtain a large amount of credit. I have learned that its best to use cash and move on. Use your business debit card to track everything you order and not worry about having to pay for it later.
My dad always taught me even as a kid. To use cash and pre-pay for things you need. If you charge it, you’ll have interest, and or late payment fees. Small purchase could cost you double easily. Theirs so many methods of payment methods, including using peachtree business checks, to keep track of your payments. Keeping your cash flow high and debit lows really looks good for investors, or someone else that is interested into your company.

We always want to look professional for our customers. Why not do the same for your business checks. Adding your business color logo to all of your documents, really does make a huge difference. Some don’t care and look at it as saving money on ink. Yes that’s good but, isnt your image as a company along with your customer service even more important.You don’t want a logo that is not showing up good, or looks copied. 
Making your business checks stand out, shows the customer how important it is to look good. Color logo can even be a watermark onto the check as well. Make sure the logo is very clear and is in a JPEG format. Higher the image quality it, the better it will look on the busienss check. It may cost a little bit, but wow, it does make a difference.

Have you gotten your current website established good? Are you having allot of repeat customers? Sales steady daily and growing consistently? Well if yes to all. Then it may be time to open another website. Have more options and products. Having a unique name will always help. Use the trial first to make sure the shopping cart will be the best fit for your new online store.
Even though you’ll have a new name, you can always use your current company name for credit card processing. Just make sure its visible on the receipt, and online as well. Other wise you may have a increased risk of having a charge back. To be on the safe side. I would recommend using paypal to start out with and as you grow, then get a separate merchant account. That way they’ll see your new business name on their credit card statement and nothing else to worry about. Just an idea. The more payment options you can offer the customers the better. Allow the customers to mail their business checks as a form of payment, and dont process the order till the payment has cleared. It dont matter if its a quickbooks business check, peachtree business checks, or from another accounting program that printed the payment.
Have you checked your prices vs your competition? I know a company that hasnt changed their prices in years, but always offers the best service along with their prices and has always been the same. I’ve ordered over 12 times and each time is correct and quick with their service and delivery. They use FedEx vs UPS as its cheaper and when i receive the box its always clean.
With the economy in the shape it is in now. Sometimes we all need to adjust the prices of our merchandise that comes along with the service. A small price increase wont hurt anything and it wont hurt your business as well. If you offer great service, quality, reliable, dependable, and honest business. It will pay off in the long run. But keep in mind, that with business checks. Their wont be much change in the prices every day or month. I have seen many common errors on orders when customers are looking for something in particular. Some are looking for blank checks. Ok….but did you know that their are two different meanings of blank checks? It can be easily confused for what your looking for. Most accountants know what it does mean and what to order.
The difference is: Imprinted blank checks is where a company prints the bank information, your business information onto the check. The correct description is imprinted, or printed business checks, even though its blank, that does not have any payee information on the check. Blank checks is where theirs nothing on the check, but a customer can make the purchase and create the checks themselves. Its a very common error that can be confusing. Peachtree business checks

When ordering business checks, its really easy to do. They come in a lot of different types, styles, formats and customizations. The most common is quickbooks business checks that uses checks on top. Getting your credit score up to 600 and plus is hard if you have had years of hardship. Start small and dispute anything that inst suppose to be there. Get a secured card and keep it up. Get a secured loan and pay on that as well. Start small and it will help. Once you obtain a score of at least 625, then start to apply for regular credit card.
If you have a business, and need to do a loan. You have to have someone to be an guarantor on the credit card or loan. So keeping your personal score up will help you with your business. If you cant get a loan, then it can make a huge difference. Using your Peachtree accounting software will help you to keep up with who you owe for your bills. Peachtree business checks can be customized to your business needs. So overall, keep paying bills, dont be late, and keep your credit score up, and it will help you to succeed in your business as well. 
I had done my business and personal banking at the same bank for over 8 years. I had to make a huge change when the bank i was at had made some changes. I was going to sign up for a new service, but couldn’t get it, and still was charged for the service. I had changed to a bank that offered alot more, for the same thing, but less. That bank changed the type of account with a monthly fee. Not happy about that.

Their was 2 girls locally that was arrested for going around and stealing checks out of mailboxes. They found the checks and tried to cash then, and some of the checks was altered. Its easy for crooks to edit a personal or business check. How can you protect your checks? Their are several ways that will help alot.

Dont use ink-jet, as it bleeds through and can be altered with chemicals as well. Using a laser printer will fuse the powder ink to the check paper, and make it very difficult for the check to be changed. Its ashamed that with our society that we have to keep on making changes to make a payment. I would recommend NOT to leave a check in your mail box. If your going to have checks coming alot, why not get a P.O. Box. That way you know it will be safe. Mail your checks from the post office, or electronically send the check.
Upgrading your website will help your sales. Repeat customers like to see new things, and especially your website. You’ll get more sales if you make the site look more professional and easy to navigate around. Make sure you have pictures and detailed information about every item and category you offer.
