Did you know that the top Accounting Software was Peachtree by sage. Peachtree ranked the best for ease of use, Help Documentation, Accounting Receivables and payables. Next was MYOB, then Quickbooks. Peachtree is really easy to use, and has a excellent system set up. The 2010 Peachtree by sage, has been really been upgraded alot more. You can see more of what your doing for your customers and inventory.

Quickbooks has done some upgrade, but not like peachtree has. If you use fixed assets, peachtree is the best program to use. Just try it for your self and see how much you like the program. Its easy to import from QB to Peachtree accounting. Peachtree Quantum by sage offers at least a 10 user edition for various industries.

Its alwasy great to get a good business going, and watch it grow. Letting the business grow slowly is the best. You can always watch the new customers come, and let them spread the word, and more new customers come back again. If you grow too fast, then you’ll make the  money YES, but you may begin to loose some of the most important concepts, like customer service and accounting aspects.

When Walmart and Best Buy came out of no where, they started small. It was a very wise business decision that they did. Best Buy originated in MN, after a storm damaged alot of the appliances, tv’s and etc… He had a BEST BUY sign, and since it was such a great hit. The owner decided to call the business “BEST BUY” They started small and because of their prices, options, and customer service, it has been a great business.

The small MOM and POP stores, have done well, but grew to fast, and failed. Its always good to have a great business plan though. Its good to make sure you have a good accounting program to help your business out. Peachtree Quantum by sage is a great choice to use.

PeachtreeI’ve been employed as an office assistant at a large metropolitan law firm for many years. I handle both payroll and billing in addition to reception duties. Through force of habit, I became accustomed to the conventions of QuickBooks software – it was just what the office had always used. When my boss announced that we would be updating our system to use Peachtree, I was worried. How long was it going to take me to get all of the accounts back up to speed?

To my surprise, it’s simple to transfer QuickBooks data files over to a Peachtree accounting program. In fact, the latter program comes complete with a tutorial that updates your system step by step. I had my new accounting system up and running in a matter of minutes, and I’ve been pleased with the comparatively user-friendly interface.
