Quickboooks accounting program is a very good program to use, and recommend. Its great for your business especially if your ordering and selling at the same quantity for your products. Example would be, that you order Cups at $1.25 each for your vendor, but re-sell it at $2.50 each. So…then you’ll have average inventory profit.
If you order at different quantity, and get a discount, and do the same for your customers. The more they order, the better discount you can give. Then Peachtree accounting would be the best way to go overall for your business. Then you’ll need to order peachtree business checks
