Sales may have been slow for the past week, but it will give you plenty of down time to make up for it. You can work on your website to check your SEO work that has been done. Check your keywords and make sure that if any is missing to place it. Having long tail keywords will help too. SEO may be tedious, but it will pay off with everything else your doing with your site. Check your prices, and update any new products that may have came out recently.
See about offering promotions for your customers for certain products or payments. One good idea is to offer a coupon code if they are going to mail in their check payment to you. That way it saves you money for credit card processing and passes it along to the customer as well. Little things for your site, and customers can make a huge difference. If your getting low in your business checks, go ahead and order your cheap business checks so when you get busy, you wont be low on checks.

During the violent storms we have had recently across the south east. Its very important to make sure you have insurance for your business that covers your merchandise, computers, building, and anything else that may need to be covered. Saturday morning at 5:30 am, we had a tornado warning and it was coming straight towards us.
I have insurance to cover for any loss, damages, or anything else that could happen. To pay out of your pocket can be very expensive. Make sure you have your data backed up offsite, and copies in your safety deposit box. Take pictures of everything you have, with receipts. Being prepared for bad stuff, can get you back up on your feet very quickly. If you have to have a insurance claim, use a separate checking account to have a easy paper trail to follow for your replacements. It can make a huge difference using a peachtree business checks from that account. Its detailed if you do it right.

We all have to deal with customers that are not happy from one point to another. Well, what about when your the customers. I had to deal with something that isn’t good and i promised my customer that they would have it. Not me, but another company failed to do what they were suppose to do, delaying my customer from getting their product on time.
When you order something special, you expect it to be there on time. Ordering business checks is a special item, and cant be delayed, once its shipped. Business checks, medicine, or any thing else that helps your business run is crucial. Having bad service from someone else can cost your company money, but is very important to have.

Quickboooks accounting program is a very good program to use, and recommend. Its great for your business especially if your ordering and selling at the same quantity for your products. Example would be, that you order Cups at $1.25 each for your vendor, but re-sell it at $2.50 each. So…then you’ll have average inventory profit.
If you order at different quantity, and get a discount, and do the same for your customers. The more they order, the better discount you can give. Then Peachtree accounting would be the best way to go overall for your business. Then you’ll need to order peachtree business checks that is check in the middle. Keep in mind that it offers 4 different styles to select from. For those business that is growing, peachtree is the way to go as alot of companies need LIFO and FIFO .Peachtree is really the way to go and is becoming more popular to use.

in the business news, they have been talking about capping how much you can spend on a debit card. Some banks are talking about a cap of $50 to $100, and or charging you a monthly fee. The monthly fee would be for your debit card, or a fee for your bank account. One way or another they are going to get their money.
Why the change? Banks are making money off of the merchant (ANYWHERE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD), and its at $0.44 interchange fee to the merchant. They are wanting to reduce it down from $0.44 to $.12 per transaction. It will reduce millions of dollar’s the banks are making. If they do cap the amount you can use, then we all may start to use personal checks, business checks, or use more cash to pay for things. What about making a purchase on line. You’ll have to send them a check, wire x-fer (very expensive per 
transaction), or ach check. It will slow things down.
How wold it slow things down? Your transaction on line would be approved instantly using a debit/credit card, and then your order shipped same/next day. If you have to mail a check, it can take 3-5 days to receive the check, then you must wait for the check to clear. After the funds are collected, then you can ship the order. So your looking at at least 7-14 days before they can get their order, even if its express order.
When needing to order more business checks you have options, go into your local bank or you can order then from the convience of your own home! You can oder checks online and there are several benifits to doing so.
One of the assets to ordering online is first and foremost its cheaper, secondly it is way faster then having to get in your car and drive to the back, then wait in line to deal with a cranky teenager behind the desk who may or may not be able to help you out will all your needs. And thirdly when ordering online you have a lot more options open to you, such as adding your logo to the checks, and choosing the font, and even having extra security.
