Being a accountant is alot of work and sometimes we let things get buy us and not realize it. I have used alot of checks in one day and got to the end of the box and ran out of checks. OOPS. I hate that when that happens. It costs me extra money to get them shipped ASAP. The price of the checks isn’t the problem
The shipping for 3000 checks is the problem, when i need them 2nd day air. That is 36 lbs that i have to pay for vs ground that is alot cheaper. Checks is easy to do. Order checks that you need, and to save time, go back to the company that you had ordered previously and it will be easier. 
Do you need Cheap business checks? I know just the place. Over 12 colors to select from and easy to order. Why go to the bank and order from them. You’ll spend 2-3 times as much. Bank charges $75 for 250 business checks. Why not buy 250 for around $38.00 WoW. What a savings and easy to find.
It dont matter if you need it for peachtree, quickbooks or any other accounting program. You can make the adjustment easily if your moving from one accounting program to another. Your able to find more variety and color options for the checks on top or middle, vs other styles. Checks you’ll find will be check 21 compliance and easy acceptable
with your bank.
I sure can say that I was busy after Memorial Day. Today, I’ve had more orders for cheap business checks than ever before. I had alot of orders for all types of business checks. Their is so many to select from that its amazing. One of the most popular types is the check on top for quickbooks. Some customers wanted Marble Blue, and others wanted yellow, but closet i have is the Marble Tan color though.
Some of the customers was going to use it for personal use, and others for business. One customer ordered a variety of checks in several colors. WHY? Yes you can alter the type of the checks to use with peachtree, but most popular is the checks in the middle. Their is 4 different type of peachtree business checks styles. If your not sure what you like. Do a dummy check on plain paper to see what style you like. You can change it in the peachtree setting to see what you like, and is best for your company.
I was asked
, well…..what about the check color. That doesn’t matter, but make sure that your checks are printed with MICR toner, to make sure its in compliance with the bank, and it will be processed with out a problem. If you use the regular ink, the bank cant process the check, and will have to do it manually instead. That could cost you more money and fees.

Slow times with the economy will allow you to clean up your site and add more options for your business. Alot of business sales have been down during the past few months. One guy had told me, he was going to make some good changes to his online store. I asked him, like what? He said, he was going to re-design the store front, banner, pictures, text and find more products to add. He did mention that since times are slow, why not allow the customers to make payment using their business checks to make the purchase on the site.
I thought about that, and yes thats a good idea, but you’ll have to wait for the funds to clear first before the order will be shipped. As another recommendation, I had advised him to add new products that customers will be needing, not wanting to make more profit. Great idea. Another idea i had is IF the customer was a repeat, offer a NET 30, and they can use their quickbooks business checks or peachtree checks to make the payment to me via regular mail. That way, when you deposit it, it will go through quicker vs waiting 7 days.
I dont know about you but for me it is very aggravating when I am out of checks and I go to the back to order them and then they tell me it will be 5 days before I will receive them. Also they are so expensive, but there are option on how to get cheap checks fast.
