Being an accountant is alot of work and you have to do alot. One thing an accountant does forget to do is order the business check envelopes. They got to keep up with payroll, inventory levels, PO’s and so much more. Sometimes they even do the HR job and accounting in one position.
With out your double window envelopes for peachtree or quickbooks, can make your job harder. Then you have to turn around and place the order and sometimes pay extra to get them asap, vs in a few days. Spending more on shipping isnt good. Your boss will look at how much the company is spending on shipping, and if they see your ordering at the last minute, that’s
not good for your job.

If your running a business and do alot of check printing, you need to make sure you have the right check envelopes for your accounting software. Theirs several types of envelopes you can select from. Quickbooks and Peachtree uses a different size envelopes. Gota make sure you have the right one.
Peachtree uses the Envelopes that is designed for checks in the middle. You can get them self seal, or moisture seal. Either way is good to use, but the self seal is going to cost a little more than normal though. Quickbooks can use the self seal, or moisture envelopes. Quickbooks uses the checks on top so make sure its the right one you need.
To help your business grow, add some new products.

To help your business grow, dont forget to add some new products every now and then. Get rid of the old ones that your not selling that well. Thats why that Walmart is always getting new customers into the store because of the new products that are not just seasonal, but brand name changes as well. Adding products helps to keep the customers coming.
If you have an item that is constantly selling good, make sure you keep it in stock. If your ordering business checks, don’t forget to add business envelopes as well to your order. Its a good idea to have a clearance area to get rid of the old. Make sure you mark the products as NEW so your customers will recognize whats new or not.
