Looking for tax forms always isnt easy to do. W-2 and 1099 Tax forms are just some of the forms that I needed. Usually if you find the tax forms you need early. You can get them on sale or at discount prices. Their has been some changes to the 1099 and w-2 forms for 2011. If your not sure of the tax form you need. Check with your accountant or the IRS.

Making sure you have the right forms is very important. If you dont have the right form. You’ll have more problems than you can think of. If your using Peachtrere or Quickbooks. It does have some guidance to what form you may need. Always double check though. Finding the right form all in one place will make your accounting alot easier.

It is a good time to order early so you wont have to wait till the last minute to pay for overnight shipping, 2nd day or 3 day air. Well folks, its that time again for all businesses. Its tax time. Theirs so many tax forms that you can use for your businesses. Sept through the end of March is when you can buy your tax forms for your Peachtree or Quickbooks accounting program. When your buying the tax forms, dont forget to get the envelopes you need as well.

One of the very popular tax form is the 1099–INT Copy A. Interest Income. Use the 1099-INT Copy A to print and mail payment information to the IRS. Forms are 3up on an 8 1/2 x 11″ sheet with a 1/2″ side perforation and are printed with required red scannable ink on 20# laser paper. Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file. Mail in a batch to the IRS.
