We all have a credit report, but what about your business? Does your business have a credit report? Yes, you do have a credit report. Your personal is with equifax, experian, and trans union. Business reports are used just as much as a personal report. Your business report is under Dun & Bradstreet. Their is other agency that is the same thing.

Just make sure your paying your bills on time for your business. Using quickbooks will help you to make sure your paying your bills on time using quickbooks business checks. If your going to be late. Call and let them know to prevent any marks showing up on your report. If you have a mark against you. It may stay on there for about two years. Some people use their personal SSN to be an grantor for the business. Its important to make sure you keep business separate.

I was running low on business checks and I wasn’t paying attention. I had to place a order for them, but paid extra to get them here on time. Wow. The shipping cost was high, but it was a price i had to pay for because I didn’t have them ordered on time. It was my mistake that the boss didn’t like. Re ordering was a lot easy this round, since I’ve placed a order with the company before that i used to imprint my checks.

The color logo was just perfect, and looked awesome. The logo made my business stand out and looked professional. I ordered a larger amount of checks to prevent from running out so quickly. I even asked the company if they could send out a reminder in 3 mths to me. Yea i know i had to place the order though, but it was great that they would send out a friendly reminder. Customer service really does go along way and can be easy to use.

Woke up early this morning with a tornado watch issued for the next 8 hrs. Few hours later, high winds and a thunderstorm warning for my area, followed by another storm that had a significant weather alert for high winds. Then in the middle of helping a customer the power went out. Lost the phone call, and all of our production work came to a sudden stop.

During the power outage, we cranked up our generator and I was able to call the customer back. We dont have a big enough generator to power all of our production. So….i had to send everyone else home. It was a lost day for sure, but at least that everyone was able to get paid from accounting department using peachtree business checks. We had the color logo to be imprinted onto the checks and they looked great. I had alot of great feedback from the employees, even though the weather wasnt good. Its always good to call back your customer and let them know why you got disconnected. Customer service does go along way even though the weather was bad.

Keep your office clean and organized, to be more productive

Too busy at times to clean up your office or desk. I know the feeling and hate it when your so busy but need a document and its not in the right place. Its worst when you need to print a cheap business check and cant find them either. Its hard enough keeping up with invoices and bills. Its bad when the bill is due tomorrow and it hasn’t been taken care of yet.

Take either 30 min extra or 30 min before your shift to end, and clean up your desk. Make sure all of the papers goes into the right file and binders. Keep your office organized will save you alot of extra work in the long run. You’ll know where everything is located at and if you have an unexpected visitor. You’ll have your office ready. What if you need to make a payment right then. You’ll have your business checks in the right spot for easy access and not worry about looking through the papers on the desk. Make it look professional for your self and others.

It does take alot of work to get a check imprinted and professional looking for you to use. Once a order is received and verified the real work comes into play. Have to manually enter each bit of information into the check program. Got to select what program that the template will use whether its peachtree, quickbooks or a different program.

The color logo will have to be imprinted separately. The color logo will be printed with a color laser printer, and then put back through the MICR printer to have the check information to be printed. It does take some time to do each order and process everything correctly. The check could be rejected if something is not in the right place. Each check must be check 21 compliance, and certain security features on each check. Taking a piece of paper, to convert it to bulk blank checks, to the program, and then you have imprinted business checks.

We all have hard times and its hard to save money as prices go up on everything. We all use to be able to put more aside, but we still need to keep some cash aside during hard times, or in case of an emergency. This applies to not only personal but business as well. What if you have a very hard/slow time and bills are still due. Gota have a way to pay them, so why no use a business savings account.

Having a business savings account will help you to keep your stress level down, and relaxed. Its stressful enough having a business and making sure your family is taken care of. You can set up your business checking account, to pull from your savings as a overdraft protection. If you write a peachtree business check, and you dont have enough in your account. The savings will back you up and make sure the check will clear. Even if you need to order cheap business checks, you’ll be able to.

Increasing your payment methods can help turn a visitor into a potential sale. If you only accept PayPal for now. Ok that is good, but it can be better. Some people do not like using PayPal. Their for. its recommend you have the payment processing right from your website using visa, MasterCard, discover and American express.

Not only allowing the customer to process right from your store, But also offer the customer the option to mail their business check in for their payment. It dont matter if its a personal check, or business checks. So offer, paypal, mail a check, and regular credit card processing to increase your sale potential. The more options you have, but keep it simple, you can have a better chance for a sale.

Keep your business out of debt by using cash

Using credit cards, net 30, or having a credit limit is all great for a business. But just like your credit report to keep it up. Have your debit to income ratio at a certain level. The lower you keep your company debit, the better it is for you in case you need to obtain a large amount of credit. I have learned that its best to use cash and move on. Use your business debit card to track everything you order and not worry about having to pay for it later.

My dad always taught me even as a kid. To use cash and pre-pay for things you need. If you charge it, you’ll have interest, and or late payment fees. Small purchase could cost you double easily. Theirs so many methods of payment methods, including using peachtree business checks, to keep track of your payments. Keeping your cash flow high and debit lows really looks good for investors, or someone else that is interested into your company.
