Cheap business checks are easy to order and you can find them easily. Order more and you’ll be able to save money in the long run. Make sure you have enough in your bank account

Making sure you have enough funds in your bank account can either be an asset to you, or be a pain. If you don’t have enough funds in your business checking account, and dont have a savings account, but have several transaction going through. It will cause a train reaction. Each of the transactions could bounce creating a NSF at $35 each. If you have 7 of them, x $35, that’s $245 NSF fees.

So theirs 2 ways you can keep more money in your account. Have your business checking account linked to a savings account, or line of credit. So that way, if you have any business checks clearing…they wont bounce. Saves your business money, and prevents your vendor/payroll from any additional confrontation. Be smart and keep your account in the COMFY zone, or suffer the danger zones.

Does banks accept printed checks from other companies

Does banks accept printed business checks from other check printing companies? Yes they do.  When a new order comes in. We require the customer to send us a copy of their voided check. That way, we can validate the order, and the bank information as well. If the customer cant provide us a copy, then we ask to get a MICR spec sheet to provide to us. We have different methods of security to make sure we are in compliance with all banks, check 21 laws and etc….

We send a proof to the customer, and once approved, then we print the order. Reduces mistakes, and give 100% accuracy for the order, plus increasing customer service on so many levels. Business checks or personal checks are always at a risk for fraud. Same goes with any debit or credit card that is being used. Just the way today’s society has become, regardless of the security level that is out there. When you order business checks, make sure that theirs as much security as possible with the checkout process, and sending the information to the printing company.

Redesign your business logo

Early Logo Beginnings

The history of logo design and logos dates back to ancient Greece. The word “logo” means a name, symbol or trademark designed for easy recognition. The use of logos as trademarks has existed as long as there have been traders and merchants. They can be traced back to the thirteenth century. They include masons marks, goldsmiths marks, paper makers’ watermarks and watermarks for the nobility, and printers’ marks.

A logo communicates your identity. The mark of a good logo is legibility and strong brand recognition. How do you create a powerful logo for your business?

Let’s say you are an attorney who specializes in immigration. A great creative place to start is with a paper clip. That’s right, a paper clip. The idea here is to free your mind of all the typical symbolism, like a gavel or court building, which one would associate with an attorney or a lawyer. Try to think outside your brain. Throw out all your pre-convinced creative notions. You can even use the new designed logo onto your business checks as well. If you make a change to your logo. Its recommended to upgrade everything with your logo.

Using Brighter Colors to Lighten the Mood:

Regardless, of what designers are saying regarding the strong Tropicana redesigned logos, the use of brighter colors gives a refreshing and more vibrant image of the company. In the same manner, the Pizza Hut restaurant has also designed with minimizing the word content to only “The Hut” and with the use of brighter red and sharper white shades.

We all know that the economy is hurting everyone. Their isn’t no business that isn’t hurting right now and is trying to make it through this hard time. Well…there is some ideas you can do to help your sales. Offer coupons, but not too many. Over doing it can make your business look desperate. If you have a website. Make sure its easy for customers to navigate around and easy to check out. Re-do or upgrade your business logo. Make it clean, but professional looking. Simple things can make a huge difference.

Inventory control is another important thing. If you haven’t done an inventory count in the past six months. Do it again, to make sure your accounting is up to date with the inventory. Another idea for increasing your sales is to offer your customers online a points system, where they can redeem it for discounts on other merchandise like order business checks.

Is your business expanding and need more payment options? How are you going to process payments if your new customer wants to set up a net 15 or net 30? If the business is internet based and you have the payment system on line for credit card, then you’ll need a easy way for the other customers. Simple. Sign up with your bank and see if they offer On Line deposit.

It will allow you to deposit many business checks at your office, and it will be credited same day to your business account.  The next morning you’ll have the funds in the account. It will save you time, and make it easy for your customers to send you payments. More options you can offer the easier it will be for your customers. Quality vs qty is always a plus regardless of what it is.

Looking at the market for what kind of checks sell more than the other. Quickbooks business checks sells more than peachtree that uses checks in middle. It was a close tie, but both are used allot. You have so many options you can do with the checks on top. You can customize your checks according to your business needs.

Quickbooks checks can be imprinted with the lines or with out. One or two signature lines. Color logo or your business watermark onto the checks. When the company is printing the business checks, its recommended to have the color logo to be printed using a laser printer. That way the quality will be there.

We all need to save as much money as we can. Especially if your business is slow, but needs to order business checks. You can find online check companies that offers variety of business checks. If you order more, you can save more in the long run. Quickbooks and peachtree business checks are available in different styles and colors.

Ordering business checks from the same company may save you money with repeat orders. I know of a company that will give you 25% off on your 6th imprint order. Now thats savings there. If you ordered 3000 checks, the price could be around $245.00 Take that minus the 25%, and you’ll only pay $183.75. Savings of $ 61.25 Not bad at all for customer appreciation.

Some companies like to do their own check printing. They have their own printing department. They can do anything from banners, business checks, fliers and so much more. Those that do their own printing for business checks is fairly easy to do. They have the printers, that require MICR toner, and then they can purchase the blank checks they need.

Doing on your own can save the company money and time. They dont have to wait on someone else to print the checks for them and can customize the checks for what they are going to use it for. Some use it for payroll, and others for rebates. So many ways of doing checks. Just make sure its approved by your bank before doing any changes.

W-2 forms are easy to use and simple to give out to your employees. Theirs even ways that you can file your taxes on line.

If you file the taxes on line for your employees, you will be able to make the process quicker. Upload the information to the secured site, and you’ll get a copy, and so will your employees as well. Yes..it will cost per filing, or you can do it the other way. Do the tax printing your self. Just make sure you get the right forms you need. Order early in the tax season for better deals.

We take pride in getting our business going and established. But did you think to back up your accounting programs just in case something happens. You never know when mother nature could destroy what you have, fire, or technology failure. If you have the backup, you’ll be able to re-store things very quickly.

If you have payroll checks to process and that happens, you need to have a plan. Printing on cheap checks is easy to do and good idea to make sure you have plenty on hand as well. Keeping one step ahead of things will save you alot of headache. Organization is the key to a good successful business.
