The Details
A customer (cardholder) presents a card to pay for purchases. For card-not-present transactions (payments made by phone, mail or online), the customer provides you with the account number, expiration date, billing address and CVV2/CVC2/CID code (Card Verification Code for security purposes).
You then swipe the card, enter the dollar amount and transmit an authorization request to Wells Fargo Merchant Services. For card-not-present transactions, you may collect the account number and other information digitally (via a Web site) or key enter it (via a call center or processing center).
Wells Fargo Merchant Services electronically sends the authorization request to the card issuer (e.g. the cardholder’s bank).
The issuer approves or declines the transaction.
Wells Fargo Merchant Services receives the approved or declined response and forwards this response onto you.
Seconds after you complete step 2, you receive the authorization response and complete the transaction accordingly.
You submit your transactions for settlement.
Wells Fargo Merchant Services then deposits the funds to your account. If you have a Wells Fargo deposit account, you can receive your funds as soon as the next business day.
Merchant accounts are used for business transactions. If you write a business check, it can take a few days to clear. It can take 2-3 days before your debit/credit card will clear as well. It will show as pending transaction, till it does clear. Order cheap business checks is easy to do, and can save you money as well.

Its that time of the year, that alot of companies are getting ready for the next season. Some is tax season to start in September, and others is for the upcoming Holiday season. Its important to re-index your site, so your sitemap will be up to date. If you forget, you’ll loose the ranking with the search engine. If its slow, its a good time to do extra work on your site as well.
Re-indexing your site map will help to increase your sales. Dont forget to update it with google as well. Dont forget to update your accounting supplies as well. Ordering business checks
last minute can be bad. Keep everything in stock, and be organized.
Its wonderful to upgrade your website. You’ll get to see new features, templates, social networking, and so much more. Just make sure that when the company does the upgrade, that your not going to loose anything. If your have your site working just fine, and they install a new feature that disables something. Then it can really mess up your URL, and it will make your rankings drop.
Upgrading anything can be wonderful thing to do. When your accounting program is upgraded, at least it wont affect your business checks, or your deposit slips. The new peachtree offers a variety of business options. Just some of the new features for the mulit-user are job status for new orders. The Job Status indicators . It will let you know where your order stands at for your company.
If a customer calls, you’ll be able to tell them the progress the order is in. The Job features will come in handy if your into manufacturing, or printing. Since printing business checks goes through the the process of, new order, creation of order, proofing, approval, then the final step of printing/shipping. Then it would be handy. You can order bulk blank checks and do it your self, but need to have the programs, printers, and etc….
Upgrading your website will help your sales. Repeat customers like to see new things, and especially your website. You’ll get more sales if you make the site look more professional and easy to navigate around. Make sure you have pictures and detailed information about every item and category you offer.

Dont forget your generator as a power backup for your business. I had a order that was in the middle of the printing process and then the power went out. Radio went off, of an alert of a severe thunderstorm warning of 70MPH winds. Well…..i didn’t have a emergency power backup, and couldnt get the order out on time.
The customer called and canceled the order. Wow…lost some money there. Its important to have a backup generator for your business, so you can still be in business when the power is out. You can always shut down after the jobs are done. When time is crucial for customers to get their cheap business checks
, it does pay off in the long run. Dont forget to have a backup for your internet as well. That way you can update the customers tracking information.

If you order business checks
and you need them tomorrow. Its a slim chance you can order and get them that quick. If its the first order, it may take time to set everything up for the order. You’ll need to approve the proof, then have the company to print and ship them.
It will cost a lot more if you need to have them shipped overnight. Why not order a week in advance and not be rushed. Dont want any mistakes on your side that can delay using the checks.

Sales are down everywhere, but what have you done for your company after the 4th of July Holiday? I made the recommendation to the accounting manager to order cheap business checks for the company and save some money. Cheap business checks are easy to find, and will save you alot of money.
The bank charges at least $75-80 for 250 business checks. You can find them at low as $35-40 for the same thing. Why not save and order cheap business checks with more variety of colors and options. Your repeat orders will be alot easier to do for the company. Saving money during this hard time is always the best thing for your business.

Since the cost of everyting is going up and up. Why not look to cut corners and save money in the long run. Acceping cheap checks from your customers is very easy to to and cheaper than accepting credit cards. Yes accepting checks does have its advantages and disadvantages but it depends on who your customers are as well.
Cheap checks is easy to find. If you re-order from your vendor, the checks can be shipped
quickly vs 3-5 business days with a new company. Using the cheap checks is easy to maintain. Just print the check, and keep up with what check has cleared with your vendor or customer. Its always recommended to use a laser printer vs inkjet for printing the checks with. Inkjet can smear and is higher risk for fraud. BUT don’t forget the security features that is on the checks too.
