Do you want to save time and money depositing business checks?. Do you receive a lot of checks in the mail or over the counter to pay on bills/invoices from your customers or vendors? Going to and from the bank will add up with gas cost, and time away from the office that you could be doing something else to hep your customers. Receiving checks is always good, but theirs always another way of saving time and money.

Check with your bank, and see if they offer a RDC (remote deposit capture) or Online Deposit. It will consist of a small monthly fee, for the services, and some bank will supply you with the Check device. How does it work? You receive a check in the mail or over the counter, you log into your program (provided by the bank), and put the checks through the check device (your bank will tell you what to use), and then when your finish with the checks, add it up, and your done. Most banks if batched by 7 pm, you’ll have the deposit in your account next day. You can use it with personal checks, and business checks. The devices will accept quickbook checks (checks on top), or peachtree business checks (checks in middle). Its very easy to use, and simple, and this way, you’ll be able to save time and money. I use it, and since my bank is a few miles not to mention the time sitting at the red lights. Go for it…..it will pay for its self easily.
