How secure are your checks? You as the consumer have the option of giving your Peachtree checks extra security, one option you can do is the Void Pantograph.
What is Void Pantograph? It is that hidden message on your checks that will show up when someone tries to copy or scan the check so it is not usable in that way. You can have it say several things such as “Void” or “Unauthorized Use” . You can also have that on your logos and images as well.
Since its tax time, why not upgrade your accounting programs
As we all know, its tax time. Why not upgrade your accounting program? Its a good idea, so that way you’ll be up to date on the tax laws, payroll laws and etc. If you do an upgrade, you may get extra features that can be an asset to your company. Keeping that in mind, dont forget to check and see if you need any peachtree business checks.
I had a customer to call and needed 2500 checks to be shipped out 2nd day air. Well she paid via paypal but was by e-check. We couldn’t ship it because the check wasnt cleared from the bank yet. So…make sure you have all of your accounting supplies in stock. Doing that it wont cost you money. Very important to do the same thing with your software. If you don’t update it, and a new tax law has come about, it could cost your business money.
