How do I print business checks?
1. You would need to purchase a check printing program that will be able to print the bank information. VersaCheck Platinum is one of them that is very good to use. It will be able to print personal and business. You’ll be able to scan your checks into the program and it will copy the bank information (routing number, account number) and etc…
2. Its recommened to use a Laser printer to print the checks onto. Make sure though that your printer is compatible with a MICR cartridge.
3. Purchase bulk blank checks. Such a wide variety of business checks that are out there. So many to select from for marble style, wave style, lattice and etc….
4. After you have printed a few checks, take them to the bank and ask them to do a test on them. That way it will make sure it will go through their system just fine. If something is wrong, your bank could reject the check, and possibly have you to encure an additional fee.
