Be safe with spending money this holiday season

This holiday season is going to be a great HOLIDAY for the spammers. Cash is always a good way to pay for things. Debit or credit card are good as well, but what can you do to become safer? Get a pre-paid debit card, and use it vs. your debit card that is attached to your business or personal account. That way your pre-paid will be used for a short time and the criminals will have a hard time getting your money.
Their was a woman that lost her $20 out of the atm. Come to find out, it was counterfeit money. She had to give the money up, but she lost that money. So why not use the pre-paid deibt card and or use your business check for your holiday purchases

Printing busienss checks isnt really all that easy to do. You got to make sure you have the right kind of printer, paper, ink, software, and template you need for your program. Some think its really easy, but its not. By the time you buy all of that stuff, you could of had someone else to print it all up for you for alot less.
The printer can be a ink jet, but its recommend to use a laser printer, with MICR toner. That way if its gets wet, it wont bleed and easy readable with the check MICR readers at the bank and etc… The software must be the right kind for printing checks in the USA format. Each bank has a different placement for the routing and accoutn number. The template must be in compliance with your bank as well. It dont matter if it has the lines or no lines on the paper. Business checks can be easy, but must be done correctly.
