form-1000-258Did you know that their are different ways you can do quickbook checks. Quickbook, quicken, MS money, can use the check on top that is most common, or the full page of checks. You can have them ordered with the lines, or no lines, but with sig line only. When your ordering the business checks, dont forget to get the envelopes to go with your checks. Its easy to find cheap business checks.

If you have a color logo, why not add them onto the business check. It will make it look more professional and get attention. Just make sure it has the VOID pantograph on the check to prevent fraud. Take your checks that needs to be mailed, to the post office box, rather than putting them into the mail box.

online bankingWhen your doing your business banking, security is always the most important thing to keep in mind. Security pertains to your check card, business checks, how you receive your bank statement, online banking, user id, and password. When using your business checks, make sure they have alot of security features on the check. See if when you make a copy of the check, that it has the VOID pantograph on on the check.

When using your online access, create a user name that is easy to remember, but very hard for someone else to hack, same way with your password. Best thing is to use upper and lower case numbers and letters to make it complex. Change your password around every quarter for added security. Same way with your check card PIN Number. Best way to receive your statement is via EMAIL. If your business is on a hwy, someone can come and get the mail and you wont even know it, and now they have your account information, and can use it for fraud, that will cost you alot of money.
