I had place an order for some checks with a vendor. That vendor allowed split shipments to save more in the long run. Well they shipped the entire order to the customer. It was corrected, but they shipped the order out again, and was the wrong color. So now, I have to give them a call back to get the correct color again. They have lost my trust and business.
