Does every single document for the company have a color logo? Why not add it to your Some companies have a flat fee for color logo. Adding a color logo will make your business checks, and the company more professional. It may cost a little more, but why not go the extra mile.
The more you can make your company look good, better change you’ll have of more sales. Theirs always room for improvement with your business. Its all about being successful and making a difference. If your company joins with your local community, make sure your logo is in color as well.

Can I get a free Copy of the VersaCheck Program? The answer is NO. G7, the maker of VersaCheck has a unique Validation Code for every copy of their retail product. You could look and download a copy of it, YES, but would it work NO. It wouldnt work because the program is registered for each specific code. If you get a copy of it, and try to activate it, you’ll get a error that the registration couldnt be valided.
If you called VersaCheck, they are going to ask you what is your name and other info. They wont validate it and re-active it if y0ur name and other info dont match. Its alwasy best to buy the full version, with the key code so it will work to the best of your ability. You’ll even be able to downlaod from the program the latest sofware updates. That would include the business checks template, personal check template, or any other fix issue as a service pack.

Boise police say they caught 25-year-old Chelsea L. Rohrback in the act of trying to cash a forged check Tuesday at a bank on East ParkCenter Boulevard — the last in a series of checks she is accused of forging with an account number stolen from a local business.
Rohrback is being held in the Ada County Jail on a charge of felony forgery and more charges are possible, Boise police officials said Wednesday.
Police were contacted by the business owner earlier this month to report that funds were disappearing from a company account by someone using that information to forge checks and then cash them at local banks and businesses.
Detectives used that information to identify Rohrback as the suspect in the case, saying she cashed a series of checks totaling more than $3,000 since earlier this month.
Police did not disclose a theory as to how the woman acquired the account numbers from the businesses or explain how she was acquainted with the business.
The charge of felony forgery is punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
Rohrback will make her initial court appearance later Wednesday.
It doesnt pay to forge any type of personal or business checks. If you do the crime, you’ll pay the time. Alot of the printing company’s that receive a order that is fraud, will report to the secret services. They will not print your checks, and can be in alot of trouble. Some companies have alot of security meausres that the bad persons dont know about.
If you want to save money, you can print your own business checks. But you need to make sure that you have a few things to do it with
- MICR ink (Laser MICR cartridge, or InkJet MICR Cartridge
- Check writing program, like VersaCheck Platinum
- Check Paper that is check 21 compliance
- MICR SPEC sheet provided by your local bank
you must make sure that the MICR line is exactly what the bank codes are. Wachovia deposit tickets are different than BB&T bank. HOW? Well on the deposit ticket, for BB&T, you’ll need to add a 13 to the end of it with a few spaces.
