If so, let me guide you on a few things that is important to use. If your opening a online business, its good to have a merchant account, so you can accept credit cards. Sign up with your bank for a business checking account. Get a accounting program like peachtree quantum, so you can keep everything organized. If your shipping. You can go to ups.com or fedex.com and open a free account. All peachtree accounting programs has UPS into the program to make it easy.

Start out with a free business checking account. Mosts will allow 150-200 monthly transactions with out a fee. Just check with your bank on that. I would recommend getting a merchant account with your local bank. WHY? If you do that, you’ll be able to have your funds the next business day (visa, mastercard or discover) in your account. If you go with a differerent merchant account, you could be waiting 3-4 days before you’ll receive the funds to your account. For new starters, that can be a hassle for sure.
