Let’s face it, in a time when credit and debit cards are used for almost all purchases, checks have taken a back seat. In the 1990’s, credit cards existed, but purchasing with a credit card was not streamlined like it is now. Keeping a business going is always alot of maintenance. Whether your upgrading your accounting software, printers, computers or security software, is always good. Its good because the newer products you have, less maintenance that can cost you money when it goes down.
Alot of your business stuff can be writtten off on your taxes. Keeping everything working is vital to any business. You need the printers to work for business checks, or reports.
