
I am receiving Serial Number in use or Another Peachtree user is using the same serial number when attempting to open my company. How can I correct this?
Make sure that you have installed the latest service release(s). To verify the release of Peachtree installed, select About Peachtree Accounting from the Help menu in Peachtree. If you have an internet connection, you can select Check for Updates from the Services menu in Peachtree to check for the latest online update. You can do this for all peachtree software.
