In Peachtree Accounting 2008 and later, forms are arranged in logical groups under the Forms submenu of the Reports and Forms Menu.
1. Select the Reports and Forms Menu.
2. Select Forms submenu Tax Forms.
3. In the Forms list, double-click Payroll Tax Forms. Payroll Tax Forms are now located under the Tax Forms menu along with 1096s and 1099s.

Peachtree Accounting 2007: In Peachtree Accounting and Peachtree Quantum 2007, the laser-printed signature-ready Federal and State Tax Forms, are included when subscribed to the Payroll Tax Update. Federal tax forms included are 940, 941, 941b, 943, 945, W-2, W-3 and over 230 state forms. Many are printed on plain paper. The employees’ copies of W-2s should be printed on plain perforated paper. These forms can be found in the Report List area, which is accessible under the Reports menu, selecting Payroll and the Payroll Tax Forms icon.
