Business Checks

For the CPA’s that has alot of accounts for one business, that uses the same check colors can be confusing. It can be confusing because same color may represent the same account. Having alot of color options will make it a lot easier for the accountant to do the job right the first time. Its hard to find a company that offers more than 4 colors of checks, like the banks for example.

I have found a website that offers over 15 colors of business checks, that is compatible for peachtree and quickbooks. Some are classic colors, marble, wave or lattice. The blue, green and burgundy is the most common color to use. Having a color for every account will make it easy for everyone.
