Do you know you can save alot of money besides going to bank to deposit all the time? When your business is far from the bank, or you just dont have time, and you need to make a deposit from checks customers mail to you, there is a simple way. Order from your bank an RDC (Remove Device Capture). It will allow you to scan the checks front/back through the device and make the online deposit.

All you do with the business checks is scan it, complete it, and you’ll have the money in your business checking account the next day. You may have to pay a small fee monthly but its well worth it though. If you have to pay $45 for the mth, it can save you alot of time for going to and from the bank every day. It will allow you to capture personal and business size checks. Just don’t forget to endorse it on the back of the check.
