Operation of a business is already a risky thing. You have so much to keep up with, but you dont want to worry about safety for your business checks. If you have everything electronic, you have to be concerned with your firewalls, each computer system, bots, viruses and not to mention possible internal security problems as well
When you buy business checks, you always want to make sure that the checks has various security features as well. Some of the security features you can find on a check is the following:
- Original document to be as an watermark on the back of the check
- Padlock Icon: Alerts handler the document contains security features
- VOID pantograph: The face of this document contains a colored check background. The word “VOID” appears if copied or scanned
- Microprint: Small type in check border and back signature lines, readable with a magnifying lenses, appears as dots if copied or scanned
- Security Screen: Absence of “Original Document” verbiage on back of check
- Artificial Watermark: Artificial watermark not visible on back of check when held at 45 degree angle
