Too busy at times to clean up your office or desk. I know the feeling and hate it when your so busy but need a document and its not in the right place. Its worst when you need to print a cheap business check and cant find them either. Its hard enough keeping up with invoices and bills. Its bad when the bill is due tomorrow and it hasn’t been taken care of yet.
Take either 30 min extra or 30 min before your shift to end, and clean up your desk. Make sure all of the papers goes into the right file and binders. Keep your office organized will save you alot of extra work in the long run. You’ll know where everything is located at and if you have an unexpected
visitor. You’ll have your office ready. What if you need to make a payment right then. You’ll have your business checks in the right spot for easy access and not worry about looking through the papers on the desk. Make it look professional for your self and others.

Increasing your payment methods can help turn a visitor into a potential sale. If you only accept PayPal for now. Ok that is good, but it can be better. Some people do not like using PayPal. Their for. its recommend you have the payment processing right from your website using visa, MasterCard, discover and American express.
Not only allowing the customer to process right from your store, But also offer the customer the option to mail their business check in for their payment. It dont matter if its a personal check, or business checks. So offer, paypal, mail a check, and regular credit card processing to increase your sale potential. The more options you have, but keep it simple, you can have a better chance for a sale.

Using credit cards, net 30, or having a credit limit is all great for a business. But just like your credit report to keep it up. Have your debit to income ratio at a certain level. The lower you keep your company debit, the better it is for you in case you need to obtain a large amount of credit. I have learned that its best to use cash and move on. Use your business debit card to track everything you order and not worry about having to pay for it later.
My dad always taught me even as a kid. To use cash and pre-pay for things you need. If you charge it, you’ll have interest, and or late payment fees. Small purchase could cost you double easily. Theirs so many methods of payment methods, including using peachtree business checks, to keep track of your payments. Keeping your cash flow high and debit lows really looks good for investors, or someone else that is interested into your company.

What is the main difference of quickbooks business checks and peachtree business checks? Quickbooks business checks are on the top, or a full page of checks. They are available in so many styles and colors. You can get them with lines, or with out lines. Dont forget to add your logo. It will always make your business checks look more professional, not required.
Peachtree business checks are in the middle only. You can customize them in four different styles, or you can edit it your self. They are available in the same colors as quickbooks business checks. They do not come with lines at all. Quickbooks and peachtree checks are available with one or two signature lines. Left or center alignment for the business address. Ask for samples to see what may be the best for you.

You can deposit personal checks, quickbooks checks, peachtree business checks, and possibly money orders right from your office. Its easy to do, and you can save alot of time and money in the long run. You may have to pay for the check reader, but you’ll be able to assist your customers better. With out customer service, your business is nothing. We all rely on the best service possible.

When your getting a business going, you need to have a way to accept debit/credit card. If your business is on line, then you need a gateway like Authorize.net. Check to see what your bank can offer you. Call and get details on what the fees would be. How often can you sign up for a rate review. Do you charge for a monthly, yearly or quarterly PCI compliance fee. Get the 2 best quotes possible. When the bank says next day deposit. Make sure its clear about it.
Next day batching could be like this. Batch out at 8pm on Monday night, and your funds are there next day, but not till mid day. Ok that will work. Or….the other bank says next day deposit, but its Monday night batch. You dont see it till wed morning. They made the deposit next day, but at midnight. You have to get their clarification on what they mean by next day deposit. When your depositing your quickbooks business checks, it will be credited and you’ll see the funds next day, but depending on how much the check is of course.
Ok about discount rates and etc.. Lower percentage rate you can get the better.
I enjoy shopping and looking around to see what the best deals i can get. Im opening up a new store that will be a brick n mortar store, and ecommerce store as well. Well its September now. We all have hoped for a good sales for August. With all of the transactions you have processed through quickbooks or peachtree. Its always a good thing to reconcile your check book to make sure your accounts are in order. You don’t want to make a mistake and have a NSF that could cause you allot of problems including payroll.
If you do everything right out of your quickbooks. Then the balancing of your checkbook should be very easy and simple to do. Since its the beginning of the month. Dont forget to see if your low on business checks and deposit slips. If you wait till the last moment, you could spend alot of money on express shipping and we all need to keep our profits up.
We need to create new jobs and assist those that does not have one

It was bad reading about people in Lakewood, N.J was turned into Tent City. Theirs alot of people that has lost their homes and moved into a tent, that is in a park that is supported by Churches. They supply them with food and basic needs. Theirs a guy that was a landscaper, and now is homeless. With this hard economic time, we need to work together, since we are not getting help from our government and create jobs our selves.
If we can create jobs and not depend on our government. I really think it will make a huge change on things. We cant rely on congress to do anything, so we have our own rights for us to do it on our own. Money is getting hard to get, people are loosing everything. If we are UNITED WE STAND, we can get jobs going on our own. Help those that don’t have a job and assist them. For those that is having a hard time cutting corners with your bank, use your peachtree business checks
, or personal checks, or cash instead of debit card. It will save you money with bank fees as Suntrust will do away with the Free checking and go to everyday checking, with a $5 extra fee for using your debit card.

End of July is coming up and need to make something we all do, easy for the accountants. Its almost time to reconcile your business checking account again. If your previous month was balanced, then this month should be easy to do. You can order cheap business checks and making sure they all have cleared will help. Sometimes being an accountant, you have to do alot more with for the business to make sure everything is in order.
Daily reconcile with the checks that was written, payments received and etc. Will make the end of the month
reconciling alot easier. Just take a few extra min to do the reports and compare them. It will save you hours at the end of the month. Peachtree and quickbooks makes it easy to review the account. Reconciling makes sure your books are in order.

When you make the purchase of an accounting program. Do you know what kind of checks that you need to use? Well maybe this will help. Quickbooks accounting program uses checks on top, or full page of checks (3up checks). You can have them to be customized with or with out lines. Dont forget to add your b/w logo or color logo. You can even have 2 signature lines if you need to.
Peachtree Accounting offers 4 style but with out lines though. If you want to use the check on top, you can, but it will have be edited in the program to use it. Peachtree or quickbooks can have the logo and or a watermark on the checks. Most of the business checks has the basic security feature for your protection and prevent fraud. Business checks do come in alot of styles and colors. Look around and see what you like. Dont forget to ask for samples to make sure its what you need, then place the order for your business.

Are you spending too much on business checks from your bank that is imprinted? Why not look on line for “Cheap Business Checks”. Finding cheap business checks online is easy to do. If you find a company on line and place large orders. You’ll be surprised at the amount you can save for the year vs. buying it from the bank. Online you can customized the checks better than the bank can. You can get 250 imprinted checks for $38, vs $75 that the banks will charge
Dont forget to add your color logo to the cheap business checks. What is the difference for cheap business checks than the banks? Nothing at all. Security features are going to be the same, or just a little different, but still is in compliance with the banks and the check 21 laws.
