It has been a very wild, crazy, and interesting for everyone in the USA this winter. It has made the states, cities, counties spend more of their budget for snow than they really needed. We all have a budget to keep going and not going over it, or it will pull from other areas of your business. Some states and cities spent their budget on a Snow Melter, vs salt and etc…
Keeping the business going in a hard time like this winter may be hard, but you can find ways to save your money during a hard weather. Keep a working generator on hand. Use wireless to keep communication up when power goes out, or phone line goes down. If FedEx express is interrupted because of weather…use UPS instead. Keeping our customers going is what a business is all about. Especially those that order business checks

Keeping your E-Commerce safe takes alot of work, and theirs so much to keep up with. The best way is knowing you have the SSL certificate t hat makes sure your sales are safe that will be going to your account. I have recently ran into a problem with someone else overseas. They cloned another website I own, and i found out the hard way.
They didn’t do any damage to the current site at all. I have signed up for the Google analytics and went to the webmaster tools. There i found out I had a huge amount of extra links to my site that i didn’t recognize. So….they cloned everything. If i made a change, it would show right then. So…I found out who the DNS owner was, and contacted them. With in 24 hrs, it was fixed and nothing was compromised at all. Not knowing what your doing can really hurt you, but knowing can save your business. Keeping your site safe, requires you to keep your SSL going, keeping track of your SEO reports, what links are coming in/out of your site and are they legit. If not sure, look into it and it will be a benefit for you. 
If you buy cheap business checks. Remember to keep them in a safe spot as well.

When it comes to business. Most of the time, when your ordering things for your inventory or office. The more you buy, the more you can save, and will last you a long time. Those companies that offers different prices per qty, will have a better successful rate of staying in business vs those that have one price, regardless of quantity.
Ordering more business checks will save you more in the long run. It don’t
matter if your going to print them your self or your going to have someone else to print them. Order 250, and you could pay $0.15 each sheet, or 3000 Qty at $0.08 each sheet. Why the difference? Theirs a lot that the companies have to do to print the checks for you. They have to pay for the electricity, equipment expense, MICR toner, and pay the employees. So buy more, and save for the long run. It has helped me out a lot, and it will you as too.

Changing from Quickbooks checks to peachtree business checks
is really easy to do. Of course you have to move your data over from QB to Peachtree, but the programs does make it easy to do. Peachtree is more accurate than QB anyways. If you have used the same company to print your business it will make it just that more easy for the order.
When you re-place the new order, just make sure you select checks in Middle, or peachtree checks. You will have 4 different styles to select from though. No need to re-fax a copy of your check unless your changing accounts. The process would be the same and is easy to do. Enjoy using Peachtree and you’ll never go back to QB.

We cant believe it that its almost the end of the year. WoW. 2010 has really gone buy fast. Ordering your business checks now can save you hassle later on in the month. While your at it, go ahead and order all of your business tax forms that you need. If you order all of your stuff now, you wont have to wait longer and have it before the end of the month Holiday.
UPS and FedEx will be closed on December 24th and 25th. Most of the holiday rush is December 15th. You dont want to wait till the last moment and order 3-day, 2nd day or overnight. WoW. That can really cost you alot of extra money, that you didnt need to spend in the first place. Another thing is that you’ll be able to use this as a tax write off for everything you have ordered for your business throughout the 2010 year.

Are you starting up a new business and need to order quickbooks business checks but not sure what to do? Its fun starting up a new business but some just dont know how many to checks to order at first, or the design. How many employees are on your payroll, and are you paying weekly or bi-weekly. Setting up quickbooks is easy to do and may take a short time to get use to it.

Black and white logo is free to imprint, but if you need color logo, you may have to pay a little extra. If you order more in the long run, it will be cheaper for each check. Most companies will give you a proof for your order, then once approved, then it will be shipped. 
We all know that the economy is hurting everyone. Their isn’t no business that isn’t hurting right now and is trying to make it through this hard time. Well…there is some ideas you can do to help your sales. Offer coupons, but not too many. Over doing it can make your business look desperate. If you have a website. Make sure its easy for customers to navigate around and easy to check out. Re-do or upgrade your business logo. Make it clean, but professional looking. Simple things can make a huge difference.

We all need to save as much money as we can. Especially if your business is slow, but needs to order business checks. You can find online check companies that offers variety of business checks. If you order more, you can save more in the long run. Quickbooks and peachtree business checks are available in different styles and colors.
Ordering business checks from the same company may save you money with repeat orders. I know of a company that will give you 25% off on your 6th imprint order. Now thats savings there. If you ordered 3000 checks, the price could be around $245.00 Take that minus the 25%, and you’ll only pay $183.75. Savings of $ 61.25 Not bad at all for customer appreciation.

Did you know for a start up business, that you can create your own business checks. Once the new account is created, its easy to customized your own checks. Fax or email a copy of the new account (voided check) to the company that you would like them to place your color logo or watermark on your business check.
Having your business check customized will make your business look more professional, vs just a generic check with your company information. If your using the checks for vendors, paying bills, and employees
, then yes. Its is recommend to make your business checks look great. We all know that were going through a hard time with the economy and need to save money. Buy more that you need, and it will be cheaper for you in the long run.

Its that time of the year, that alot of companies are getting ready for the next season. Some is tax season to start in September, and others is for the upcoming Holiday season. Its important to re-index your site, so your sitemap will be up to date. If you forget, you’ll loose the ranking with the search engine. If its slow, its a good time to do extra work on your site as well.
Re-indexing your site map will help to increase your sales. Dont forget to update it with google as well. Dont forget to update your accounting supplies as well. Ordering business checks

Being a accountant is alot of work and sometimes we let things get buy us and not realize it. I have used alot of checks in one day and got to the end of the box and ran out of checks. OOPS. I hate that when that happens. It costs me extra money to get them shipped ASAP. The price of the checks isn’t the problem
The shipping for 3000 checks is the problem, when i need them 2nd day air. That is 36 lbs that i have to pay for vs ground that is alot cheaper. Checks is easy to do. Order checks that you need, and to save time, go back to the company that you had ordered previously and it will be easier. 
I dont know about you but for me it is very aggravating when I am out of checks and I go to the back to order them and then they tell me it will be 5 days before I will receive them. Also they are so expensive, but there are option on how to get cheap checks fast.
Did you know that you have to option of ordering your checks and getting then with in 2 to 3 days? Well you can and not only that but you can also put so much detail on your checks. You can add your own business logo on it and you can even have extra security on your checks as to having void appear on your checks when someone tries to make a copy. Also you can even have a personal message on your checks to make it more personable to the recipient of the check.
