Theirs a tropical storm that has just formed in the Atlantic Ocean. The track is heading for the state of Florida and maybe Georgia. When we have a business, its important that you back up your business files and put it into your bank safety deposit box. What if your business got flooded and needed to get your business files. It would be safe and nothing to worry about.
If your business is flooded but you dont have a backup, you could loose years of business information, and accounting files. Make sure you have a back up for a backup and your business is insured as well. What would you do if your business checks were all wet from flooding, how would you re start where you left off. Check with your bank and see what was the last business
checks that had cleared and re-order business checks again.

Are you spending too much on business checks from your bank that is imprinted? Why not look on line for “Cheap Business Checks”. Finding cheap business checks online is easy to do. If you find a company on line and place large orders. You’ll be surprised
at the amount you can save for the year vs. buying it from the bank. Online you can customized the checks better than the bank can. You can get 250 imprinted checks for $38, vs $75 that the banks will charge
Dont forget to add your color logo to the cheap business checks. What is the difference for cheap business checks than the banks? Nothing at all. Security features are going to be the same, or just a little different, but still is in compliance with the banks and the check 21 laws. The banks make a huge profit off of the business checks, and not much colors/styles where as online you can find at least 15 different checks.
I have become again another victim of debit card from. I conduct all of my business here in the USA, not overseas. With the business and personal use. I would say I process less than 200 transactions a month. I use three main vendors. I pay most of the vendors/bills with a check vs a debit card. I have used the debit card locally, and I think that’s where the fraud has happened.
Reduce the amount of transactions you do locally, and out of state and ask if you can be issued a check instead. A check can be compromised, but less likely of fraud than a debit card. Business checks with their security features will help to protect your business. With the newer account I just opened, the fraud had happened in just a matter of hours. The transaction that took place was for over $500. For something that large, it may be good to file a police report for that, even though the transaction took place overseas. The police report can/will help you in case something does come back to you, and is used legally. Do not email your debit credit card via email.

We’ve all have heard that with out customers, our business is nothing. We all need customer service to go along with that. Have you called a company and the phone just rang and rang? Have you emailed and never got a reply back? What about takes a rep a long time to call you back? We all have seen that. When your running a company, you need to answer the phone on the 1st to the 2nd ring. If your doing a live chat, don’t
keep others on hold no more than 2 min without letting them know you’ll be right with them.Email a customer back if you dont think its important, but it may be important to them.
Having as many outlets of customer service and maximizing it is very important to making your business successful. More you can do for your company, the more it will do for you. Customer service is very important and will help a business to grow. Make your company policy very clear for customers to read and understand. Dont make long huge books on policy, but short, simple and plain. If they ordered something and its a service you offer with the product. Make sure its approved by them before shipping. That will reduce any complaints, or problems. Business checks is very important that you receive a proof before they ship it.

Its always good to have a back up plan in case something happens. Recently I was contacted by my bank that I had a fraud transaction that had taken place with my business debit card. I called Authorize.net and had them to change my merchant processor. That way any other credit card transactions that took place, would go to the other checking account.
I thought about closing the other account out, but it was a great idea that I’ve always have had in place. It could of taken a few days if i called to have the account number changed, so it was just easier to call authorize.net and be done with it, then change back when your done with the fraud. Fraud can happen to anyone that has a personal or business checking account. Just keep track of your quickbooks business checks that has cleared your bank and check on line for any transactions that has taken place that you don’t recognize and report it to your bank.

Making sure your business information for your customers is always up to date. Failure to do so can result in customer complaints, customer service problems, and potential of losing customers. Information online for a product, or services you offer is taken seriously, and can be used for legal stuff. There was an instance i ran into with a bank.
I was told the onsite check deposit cut off time was 8pm. I had placed the deposit around 7:30pm. Come to find out, the same day deposit is 7pm and the onsite check deposit wouldn’t be processed till next day. Well come to find out, they are changing the cut off time next month till 9PM for same day deposit. Wow…that was alot to go though and could of caused me problems with the checking account, but it didnt. When your deposing business checks, or personal checks, its always important to make sure everything is correct and the deposit reconciles with your accounting program. Keeping information updated is very urgent for any business.

Slow growth shows stability, quality, and

As you add products to your site, your also adding more links to your site. With every product you have, make sure a complete SEO is done. SEO is very vital to your site as it will be picked up by search engines and you can show it off to your customers. Did you know by having a duplicate check number written twice in a short time can make the check to be rejected even though their is funds in the account. We all make mistakes but one of the biggest things that an accountant can do is to have a duplicate check to be written even though it was a mistake. Banks needs to have the check numbers in order.
If your ordering checks from a company, they can assist you with what was the last batch of check numbers that was written. This accounts for all peachtree business checks, and quickbooks business checks. Order business checks that is going to be appropriate
for your program or company. You can order bulk blank checks, and create your own checks. Just make sure its in compliance with the bank and printed using MICR toner.

During the violent storms we have had recently across the south east. Its very important to make sure you have insurance for your business that covers your merchandise, computers, building, and anything else that may need to be covered. Saturday morning at 5:30 am, we had a tornado warning and it was coming straight towards us.
I have insurance to cover for any loss, damages, or anything else that could happen. To pay out of your pocket can be very expensive. Make sure you have your data backed up offsite, and copies in your safety deposit box. Take pictures of everything you have, with receipts. Being prepared for bad stuff, can get you back up on your feet very quickly. If you have to have a insurance claim, use a separate checking account to have a easy paper trail to follow for your replacements. It can make a huge difference using a peachtree business checks from that account. Its detailed if you do it right.

You’ll be able to do a report based on the type of vendor, like communication, office expenses, payroll, taxes and so much more. If you have had your merchant account for more than 6 months. It may be time for a rate review. Call customer service and see if they will give you a review. Having one, can reduce your percentage of being paid, and save you money in the long run. See if any of the fees can be reduced as well. You pay someone else for service, and its good to get assistance from them.
Cheap business checks can be ordered, and you’ll be able to print the checks for your self. Thats a good way of saving money, and keeping costs down for your business. The more you can do to keep cost down, the more revenue you’ll have for the business. Small things monthly can really add up for the entire year. We all have to save our own personal, money, so it should be the same way with your business.

We all have to deal with customers that are not happy from one point to another. Well, what about when your the customers. I had to deal with something that isn’t good and i promised my customer that they would have it. Not me, but another company failed to do what they were suppose to do, delaying my customer from getting their product on time.
When you order something special, you expect it to be there on time. Ordering business checks is a special item, and cant be delayed, once its shipped. Business checks, medicine, or any thing else that helps your business run is crucial. Having bad service from someone else can cost your company money, but is very important to have.

We all by now have a debit or a credit card. When we go to the ATM machine, we are at a high risk of being hit by a scammer. The credit card skimmers are growing by 10% according to the secret services. Their are a few safe guards that we can use to protect our selves. We just have to be more careful where we use our cards at.
The skimmers are going to be more prone at convenient stores, small grocery stores, fairs, and other major public outlet. Some of these people are using a micro camera to see your PIN number, while they capture your credit/debit card information. If you need cash, just go to your bank and get it where you know for a fact your information wont be stolen. If you put in your card into a ATM machine and its loose…dont use it. You can write out a check for cash that will be safer. Just like when your ordering versacheck refills, it comes with a check validation code. Its just for your protection of the program to make sure the checks you just purchased is check 21 compliance.
