Their are so many bulk blank business checks on top you can find with different styles. You can get them with lines, with out lines, signature line only, or no lines at all. Some styles are available in marble, solid color, lattice, prismatic and others. Accountants love to have variety, as it helps to seperate their customers accounts, or their own.
Having a different color for each accounts, helps to make your account easier and organized. If you have 20 accounts, you dont want to have one color for each. Some do, but its just a preference. If you print your own checks, make sure you take it to the bank and have them to run a test to make sure you have everything correct. Failure to do so, can result in the check being returned. You dont want that to happen to your vendor or customer.

Having a online business is very hard to do. Alot to keep up with if your running it by your self. You have orders to process, bills to pay, website maintenance, phone calls, onsite help to customers, email, and so much more. One thing we really have to watch to keep our profit up is fraud orders. Theirs several things to keep an eye on when the orders come through.
Look at the billing and shipping address. If they are in the same zip code, then more than likely its safe. If the order billing and shipping is across country with 2nd day, or overnight order, and its for cheap checks, then more likely its fraud. 
Look at the email address and see if its related to the order. Use your smartphone to receive copies of the orders. That way if your away from the office, you can monitor the orders as well. Keeping fraud down will save your business. If you get an order for per say for $50, and you ship it. Then you receive a charge back for $50. You have just lost $100. Another way to keep fraud down is to call and verify the order after someone places it. It shows that you offer great customer service and a better chance of having a repeat order.
I have become again another victim of debit card from. I conduct all of my business here in the USA, not overseas. With the business and personal use. I would say I process less than 200 transactions a month. I use three main vendors. I pay most of the vendors/bills with a check vs a debit card. I have used the debit card locally, and I think that’s where the fraud has happened.
Reduce the amount of transactions you do locally, and out of state and ask if you can be issued a check instead. A check can be compromised, but less likely of fraud than a debit card. Business checks with their security features will help to protect your business. With the newer account I just opened, the fraud had happened in just a matter of hours. The transaction that took place was for over $500. For something that large, it may be good to file a police report for that, even though the transaction took place overseas. The police report can/will help you in case something does come back to you, and is used legally. Do not email your debit credit card via email.

We all need to make sure our business checks are safe and wont be used fraudulent. You can find bulk blank checks that the security features are not the lowest, but not the highest. Better security features comes with at least 9 security features. The features are visible in a box on the back side of the check. If you wish, you can even request samples to make sure it will fit your business usage

I was looking to see where i can find a huge variety of business checks and i found one place. They offer 3 different security styles, but so many colors/options per security style they offer. Not to include the one write business checks. I usually find a few colors or a few options. I came upon this by looking through the business checks companies that are out there.
One thing i was very impressed with was how quickly that i was able to get in contact with a representative that could show me the differences. The order process was very easy and not hard like other companies are. The order was shipped the next business day. I was expecting it to take longer, but the i received
a notification of it being shipped. It was odd to find a small company that offers so much in service and variety with low prices. Never thought I could find over 50 different variety of checks.

Theirs alot of companies that close early, or closed for the observance of Memorial Day. We all need to support and honor those that has done their duty. Its a very special day for those that survived the previous wars. Check your local news for listings on Memorial Services in your area. Most of the large cemetery will have a special ceremony.
They do sell American Flag business checks for those that want to Honor Memorial Day in a different way. I know of a company that gives a check with the American Flag, or American Flags to the local charities in Memory of those that has fallen for us. Its really neat to have someone to give you a check with a American Flag on it. We dont think on a daily basis on how lucky we are to live in a great county, but then we have the special days that helps us to bring it back.

Buying more in bulk can save you money in the long run. If you think about it, if you buy 1000 checks at a time, then pay shipping and then place 5 more orders. Then your paying 5 times more in shipping cost. If you buy more, the shipping cost will go down. If you buy more qty, you can get a price break and along with the shipping will be cheaper in the long run.
You can gain increase your conversion rate if you offer specials or discounts on your products. Maybe free shipping for the day, or week. Little things really add up for your customers and you can have bigger sales in the long run. Yea we all know prices are going up, but if you need to increase your prices. Have a small price increase. Your customers can still save when they purchase more bulk blank checks.

Are you concerned about your business checks being used for fraud? If you run a company out of your home, and mail your checks in the mailbox. It may not be a good thing to do, especially if you hand write them. Its recommend to use a laser printer to print the checks, and the checks to have a chemical protection in the check. More security features
you use, the less you’ll have to worry about fraud.
The Chemical protection is a reaction when bleach or other solvents are used to change the check. If tried to be altered, it will ruin the check, where nothing can be done. Checks from the bank does not have this kind of protection. They offer basic security features that will work, but its the best though. The chemical protection is on the Better and best bulk blank checks.
If sales are slow, work on your site to make improvments

Sales may have been slow for the past week, but it will give you plenty of down time to make up for it. You can work on your website to check your SEO work that has been done. Check your keywords and make sure that if any is missing to place it. Having long tail keywords will help too. SEO may be tedious, but it will pay off with everything else your doing with your site. Check your prices, and update any new products that may have came out recently.
See about offering promotions for your customers for certain products or payments. One good idea is to offer a coupon code if they are going to mail in their check payment to you. That way it saves you money for credit card processing and passes it along to the customer as well. Little things for your site, and customers can make a huge difference. If your getting low in your business checks, go ahead and order your cheap business checks so when you get busy, you wont be low on checks.

Did you know by having a duplicate check number written twice in a short time can make the check to be rejected even though their is funds in the account. We all make mistakes but one of the biggest things that an accountant can do is to have a duplicate check to be written even though it was a mistake. Banks needs to have the check numbers in order.
If your ordering checks from a company, they can assist you with what was the last batch of check numbers that was written. This accounts for all peachtree business checks, and quickbooks business checks. Order business checks that is going to be appropriate

You don’t really think to much about the security features when your ordering business checks. You look for the color/style, and see if its for Peachtree or quickbooks and place the order. But what about the security features that it comes with. Did you know that their are three different types to select from.
Most business checks are good security, but there are classic and the best which is premier. As you go up in security features, the prices will go up as well. All of the checks are check 21 compatible that is required by law. Just turn the business check over onto the back side and take a look at the square box, to see what kind of security it does have. If you purchase more quantity of cheap business checks that are blank, the better deal you can get per page and will cost you less.
