Order cheap business checks to save your company money

We all are going through a hard time with the economy. I don’t know of any industry that hasn’t been impacted. One way you can cut corners and save some money, is to order cheap business checks. You can even buy bulk blank checks and do it your self, but recommend to make sure you use a MICR Toner. More you buy, the cheaper it will be per check. Why is that? Theirs a lot of work in preparation for each check order.
Theirs a lot of maintenance in either the laser printer (best quality output), or the printer press. Mechanical parts moving, gota replace them, oiled, or changed out, toner replacement
, electricity, software, and it goes on and on. It does take a lot to make sure your business keeps going. Order more at once, and less it will be for you. Keep it simple and best if you order from the same company you’ve placed before. That way you’ll know the quality, paper type, and they will have your information already on file.

I dont know of a industry that isnt suffering from the bad economic times. Offer special promotions that your customers can use and benefit from. If they can benefit from your product with a discount, so can you. No offers….no sales….no profit. Rather gain a sale and have some profit vs. making alot more in this hard time.
Offering discounts, or rebates will help. Some offer discount on the sale, and others will mail a business checks to them. It really depends on the item that your offering. Offer the best promotion, and customer service, then you’ll see a difference in how much your sales are.

Was your city on CNN Money about double dip recession? Their is over 20 cities that was placed on a map for a possible double dip recession. WoW. Thats alot of cities. We’ve all heard years ago that call centers was being moved over to India. They are failing and making a come back as Customer-support employees are becoming just as cheap to hire here as in India. Theirs a few things you can do to make sure your company in that city doesn’t fail.
Theirs a lot you can do to your online business to help it succeed. Ask your self a few questions as the prices are going down. How good is your customer service? Could you expand your hours to offer more support and sales? Do you really need all of those extra things as “TOYS” for your company. Get back to your basics and you’ll see how much it will improve. Dont worry about updating your accounting if its working just fine. You can find cheap business checks, especially if you buy them more in qty. Theirs so much you can do to save your company money, and help increase your capital, while not worrying about laying off anyone.

What is the number one selling type/color checks on the market today? It is the Blue Marble Style checks. Its available for Quickbooks (checks on top), and Peachtree Business Checks(checks in middle). The blue has the same security features as the rest of the checks. One best feature is when you copy them, it will have a pantograph of VOID on the copied check.
Having security for your business checks is just as important as making sure no one uses your ID for fraud. If you hand write the business checks, make sure the ink is , wont smear. The new peachtree offers a variety of business options. Just some of the new features for the mulit-user are job status for new orders. The Job Status indicators . It will let you know where your order stands at for your company.
If a customer calls, you’ll be able to tell them the progress the order is in. The Job features will come in handy if your into manufacturing, or printing. Since printing business checks goes through the the process of, new order, creation of order, proofing, approval, then the final step of printing/shipping. Then it would be handy. You can order bulk blank checks and do it your self, but need to have the programs, printers, and etc….

Sales are down everywhere, but what have you done for your company after the 4th of July Holiday? I made the recommendation to the accounting manager to order cheap business checks for the company and save some money. Cheap business checks are easy to find, and will save you alot of money.
The bank charges at least $75-80 for 250 business checks. You can find them at low as $35-40 for the same thing. Why not save and order cheap business checks with more variety of colors and options. Your repeat orders will be alot easier to do for the company. Saving money during this hard time is always the best thing for your business.
Do you need Cheap business checks? I know just the place. Over 12 colors to select from and easy to order. Why go to the bank and order from them. You’ll spend 2-3 times as much. Bank charges $75 for 250 business checks. Why not buy 250 for around $38.00 WoW. What a savings and easy to find.

Your able to find more variety and color options for the checks on top or middle, vs other styles. Checks you’ll find will be check 21 compliance and easy acceptable
with your bank.
If you add new products to your site, you’ll be surprised at what can happen. If you add new items, your customers will notice that. along with your site, the SEO will pick up on it, and you’ll see the sales increase. Along with the new products, make sure its something that is compatable with your other products.
