I have been asked all the time, what is a preprinted busienss check? These checks are preprinted with your company and bank information. Their are two different types that is most popular. It is the check on top and check in middle. Ask your bank representative to see if they offer Onsite Check Deposit. You can deposit personal checks, quickbooks checks, peachtree business checks, and possibly money orders right from your office. Its easy to do, and you can save alot of time and money in the long run. You may have to pay for the check reader, but you’ll be able to assist your customers better. With out customer service, your business is nothing. We all rely on the best service possible.

Less than 15 days till the deadline for w-2 and 1099 forms will be required for mailing. Order early to prevent from paying more for express shipping. Make sure you know and have the right tax forms. If your not sure, you can ask for a catalog for ask for assistance. If your not sure of the form you need. Call your accountant, or local irs. Having the right forms will prevent alot of hassle later on, and or being late.
Every order needs to be accurate, but customers need to know what they need as well. W-2 and 1099 forms are available in so many types and for a variety of accounting programs. Use charts the assist you in the right selection. Dont forget to get your envelopes for mailing.

Having is busienss is already hard enough. Customer service can be hard as well, but offering the best service, price, product and making your customer happy will keep your business alive and busy. If your customer ordered something from your website that day. Try your best to get it shipped out same or by the next day. Always let your customers know what your shipping policy is.
Versacheck Refills
If you have a complex website that offers alot of products, like tax forms. You always need to make sure you know what your talking about. If your prices are a little high in some areas, but you offer assistance, and get it shipped. It really stand out to them. If your customer is too busy to place the order, do it for them. I know of a site that can do it, but send you the link for the checkout. The customer will see the items in the cart, and they will check out and everyone wins. If the customer needs check for payroll, and is using VersaCheck refill, make sure its exactly what they need. Specify if its for checks in the middle or check on top.

When you buy a busienss accounting program. Its always important to make sure your software is up to date. If you dont keep your software updated, it could cause you to have accounting mistakes with payroll, taxes or something else with the program. Peachtree is very easy to keep updated and so is quickbooks. While your checking to make sure your program is updated, what about your Quickbooks business checks? Do you have enough of them.
If your ordering yoru business checks often. Its great to have that company to offer a friendly reminder to make sure you have enough checks. Customer service comes in so many levels, but knowing you have it makes your business run more efficiently.

We always want to look professional for our customers. Why not do the same for your business checks. Adding your business color logo to all of your documents, really does make a huge difference. Some don’t care and look at it as saving money on ink. Yes that’s good but, isnt your image as a company along with your customer service even more important.You don’t want a logo that is not showing up good, or looks copied. 
Making your business checks stand out, shows the customer how important it is to look good. Color logo can even be a watermark onto the check as well. Make sure the logo is very clear and is in a JPEG format. Higher the image quality it, the better it will look on the busienss check. It may cost a little bit, but wow, it does make a difference.

Most of us enjoy shopping and we always want to make sure we receive the right product. Its easy to make a mistake and then have to return back to the store and swap it out. or get a refund. But what about online shopping and what do you do to make sure is the right product though? Easy…. Call the store and see if they can send you samples, especially if its bulk blank business checks. 
Ask for samples before you make the actual order. Making sure you have the right product will ensure easy ordering for next time. Make sure you always read the descriptions and details. Business checks can make a difference as their is so much selections. Same thing with envelopes and tax forms. If you cant get a free sample, ask what is the return policy in case of a mistake. If its a imprinted order, then no returns, as its a service that was performed. Sometimes we got to get an extra step to ensure the order is correct.

We love the holidays, but so do theifs as well. Always make sure your shopping cart provider is on the SSL list. Keeping up with your merchant provider and make sure they issue the PCI compliance certification to your company. Making sure that your site is encrypted so when the customers check out, they’ll see the HTTPS. The (S) at the end of HTTP, tells the customer that your site is secure with their information.
When customers check out. Its important that their credit card information does match their card issuing bank on check out. Look for IP address coming from overseas, but has a billing and shipping address different, and with overnight am delivery, is a red flag that it could be a fraud order. Tightening up on your checkout process, will protect your business and the customers. Customers love security, but fraud orders hate it. If the customers mail a business check, make sure you hold the check to ensure its a good check. After it clears then ship the product to the customer. It doesn’t matter if its a quickbo

With the holidays coming and right around the corner. Don’t forget to adjust your holiday shipping schedule. Christmas is on a Sunday, and New Year Day on Sunday. UPS and Fedex will be closed on Jan 2nd. Check the UPS and FedEx website for further details. If you need to order business products like versacheck refills, order it early.
Placing the order last moment, on top of everyone else rushing, can cause a mistake somewhere. Business want to make sure your orders are processed in a timely manner and done right as well. When your getting a business going, you need to have a way to accept debit/credit card. If your business is on line, then you need a gateway like Authorize.net. Check to see what your bank can offer you. Call and get details on what the fees would be. How often can you sign up for a rate review. Do you charge for a monthly, yearly or quarterly PCI compliance fee. Get the 2 best quotes possible. When the bank says next day deposit. Make sure its clear about it.
Next day batching could be like this. Batch out at 8pm on Monday night, and your funds are there next day, but not till mid day. Ok that will work. Or….the other bank says next day deposit, but its Monday night batch. You dont see it till wed morning. They made the deposit next day, but at midnight. You have to get their clarification on what they mean by next day deposit. When your depositing your quickbooks business checks
, it will be credited and you’ll see the funds next day, but depending on how much the check is of course.
Ok about discount rates and etc.. Lower percentage rate you can get the better.
